Special 'TEEN WOLF' - Season 3 ♥

'Teen Wolf' Teaser: Check Out Derek's New Digs!
Posted

"Teen Wolf" fans are some of the most needy--in a good way, of course--in MTV history. Clues about characters and story lines are as crucial to you as H2O, and with Season 3 still months away from its premiere, you've been feeling thirstier than ever. Luckily, executive producer Jeff Davis realizes that sharing is caring, so every week leading up to the kickoff he'll be releasing one teaser about the upcoming episodes. Check out the latest below!
Spiral staircase? Exposed brick? He must pay some serious rent!
A werewolf has to hang his fur somewhere. And Derek's new pad is nothing short of bacheloriffic. Here's what executive producer, Jeff Davis, has to say about the new wolf homestead:
"The loft will not only be the location for numerous werewolf confrontations, but will also provide for a far more romantic side to Derek. When a character grows and takes on a new attitude and lets in new feelings, it helps to have the setting change as well."
Ooh la la, romantic side, you say? Any ladies that get taken back here are in for a treat!

Special 'TEEN WOLF' - Season 3 Spoilers ♥

‘Teen Wolf’s’ Dylan O’Brien writes scene for episode 3×06
January 16, 2013

Another week, another spoiler from MTV and Teen Wolf executive producer Jeff Davis! This one involves Dylan O’Brien taking pen in hand and writing a scene for the show.
According to the MTV Remote Control blog, the scene will appear in episode 3×06. Jeff Davis says:
I have long been trying to get Dylan O’Brien to sit down and write with me. Sometimes I’ll harass him to help me come up with a funnier line. And most people know he gets in an ad-lib or two. But tonight, after he wrapped his acting work for the day, we actually sat down and wrote a scene together. We’ll see if fans can guess which one as it will show up in episode 306.
One of the most famous ad-libs from O’Brien is the beloved “sour wolf” line from episode 1×06 “Heart Monitor.” But an entire scene written by Jeff Davis and Dylan O’Brien? We’re not sure we can handle that much awesome!
If you caught the tweet that Linden Ashby (Sheriff Stilinski) sent out, it gives us high hopes:

All jokes aside, we’re sure this is going to be a great scene! Ashby also had this to say about the pair:

As if we couldn’t get more excited!

Looking for the latest ‘Teen Wolf’ news?

Earlier today, we learned that Daniel Sharman (Isaac) will be narrating the audiobook for the final installment of Cassandra Clare’s Infernal Devices series, titled Clockwork Princess. The author herself picked him for the job because she thought he was super talented!

‘Teen Wolf’ spoiler: Season 3 will feature at least one gay sex scene
January 21, 2013

Season 3 of Teen Wolf is fast approaching, and today we’ve learned that we’ll be seeing at least one gay sex scene this year. But the big question is, between who?
According to Zap2it, the scene involves Danny (sorry Sterek shippers), who will apparently have a larger role this season despite the fact that Jackson has left Beacon Hills for now.
Teen Wolf fans have consistently been impressed with the way in which the show has handled not only sexuality, but homosexuality in particular. The fact that it is a complete non-issue is both refreshing and impressive, and we can’t wait to see them continue that into the next season. Danny is, of course, a fan-favorite, and it’s great to hear that we’ll be seeing more of him.
But who will Danny be hooking up with? It’s a possibility that it could just be his new boyfriend and someone that has no significance to the plot. But, and this is infinitely more likely, it’s also possible that it could be one of the members of the Alpha Pack. We learned back in November that the Alpha Pack twins will each be given a target, and that their aim might not be to harm, but to seduce. Could Danny be one of these targets? Could this scene be the product of a manipulation? Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a while to find out!

‘Teen Wolf’ season 3 will see the return of (spoiler) (updated)
January 28, 2013

Filming for Teen Wolf season 3 is in full swing, and we’ve just learned that a deceased character is going to be making another appearance!
Update: The original tweet has been taken down (you can still see the text below) and @JZtheFilmmaker had tweeted (and since deleted) an announcement that Eaddy Mays was just visiting the set. Considering that he specifically said, “I get to see and work with” the actress, we’re not so sure it was just a set visit. Perhaps they’re just trying to keep her appearance a secret. You decide!
The character is none other than Mrs. Argent!

Fans will remember that, near the end of season 2, Victoria was accidentally-in-self-defense bitten by Derek. Rather than turn into a werewolf, she elected to kill herself. Just as the full moon rose and her eyes flashed amber, Victoria – with the help of her husband, Chris – plunged a knife into her chest.

So, how in the world is she going to be making a comeback?
Well, more than likely it isn’t because she’s still alive. Realistically, we’ll probably just be seeing her in a flashback, but that’s good enough for us! We got word back in October that we’d be getting a flashback episode centering around Derek. Executive Producer Jeff Davis also said that it’s possible that we’ll be getting a hunter flashback alongside that. If the scenes center around Chris Argent, it would make sense that we’d be seeing his wife again.
There’s no word yet on what sort of information the flashback with provide us with, or even when it takes place. However, we do know that this is when we’ll be learning why different werewolves have different colored eyes. Is it possible that we’ll see Derek Hale as a boy before his family was killed in the fire? Could this tie in with the information we learned from Dr. Fenris in the webisode series “A Search for a Cure” that Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast discussed in depth a few weeks ago?
Only time will tell!

Special 'TEEN WOLF' - Season 3 Spoiler ♥

‘Teen Wolf’ season 3 spoiler: Lydia will be explaining Jackson’s absence
January 25, 2013

Fans have (grudgingly) accepted the fact that Jackson (Colton Haynes) will not be featured in season 3 of Teen Wolf, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have tons of questions! Here’s a snippet about how his departure will be addressed.
In a spoiler chat with EOnline, it was revealed that a Jackson-less Beacon Hills won’t be a shock to its residents because of that handy four month time jump that will occur between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. Other than Lydia, we doubt too many people will be missing Jackson, especially after everything he did last year.
Speaking of Lydia, apparently she will be the one to explain Jackson’s absence this season. E! says, “we’ll learn what happened to him thanks to a quippy explanation from Lydia,” and we can already see her now – pursed lips, a little flip of the hair, and that ever-present Lydia Martin sass. She’ll probably be playing it off while she’s around Allison and the others, but after what happened in season 2′s finale, we know that Jackson’s leaving is going to be painful for her.
Unfortunately, we’ve still got no news as to why Jackson would be leaving. Considering that the Alpha Pack is going to be the main antagonist for this season, we doubt that Jackson would’ve been kidnapped or had just gone missing mysteriously. Otherwise, our heroes would probably be mounting an all out search for the newly converted werewolf. More than likely Jackson packed up and left voluntarily, maybe to get away from the Beacon Hills for a while after all he did to its inhabitants while under Matt’s control. And we can’t blame him for that.
Why do you think Jackson won’t be in Beacon Hills during season 3? Do you think this will severely effect Lydia, or do you think she’ll move on fairly quickly?

Meet the new faces of ‘Teen Wolf’

New characters seem to be coming into season 3 left and right, amidst departures of some old cast members. Both Colton Haynes (Jackson) and Gage Golightly (Erica) will not be returning for another season.
However, a whole slew of new characters and new cast members have been added to the roster. The major casting announcement came back in November, when it was announced that Max and Charlie Carver would be playing Ethan and Aiden, the Alpha Pack twins; Adelaide Kane would be playing Cora, a mysterious woman; Felisha Terrell would be playing Kali, the female member of the Alpha Pack; and Gideon Emery would be playing Deucalion, the Alpha Pack’s leader.
Characters Ennis and Heather have not been announced yet, though some believe that Caitlin Custer could be portraying Stiles’ childhood friend. Hayley Webb will also have a recurring role, portraying someone’s love interest – possibly Derek’s. We also know that Meagan Tandy has been on set, although her role remains mysterious as well. (Check her out wielding a weapon in the locker room in this video.)
Lastly, Zelda Williams, daughter of Robin Williams, has also joined the cast in an unknown role.

Special 'TEEN WOLF' Season 3 ♥

Gage Golightly (Erica) not returning for Teen Wolf Season 3
JAN, 08, 2013

Fans of MTV’s breakout supernatural scripted series Teen Wolf have another character that won’t be returning for Season 3 when it airs this summer. In addition to the hunky Colton Haynes departing (SEASON 2 SPOILER ALERT) after his character Jackson Whittemore was killed off in last season’s finale, the show will also be diminished in babeness because Gage Golightly (who plays sexy blonde Erica) will not be back either.
There were rumors swirling about Golightly’s departure for some time, and Teen Wolf Wikia admin Paul.rea had had enough. He contacted Golightly’s agent asking for an interview and received this response from her manager:
“Hi Paul –
Kim Callahan here, Gage’s manager.
Gage isn’t doing any press right now and is no longer on TEEN WOLF series either so not doing any press or interviews for the show.
Thanks for reaching out though!
Kim”
That sounds pretty definitive! Seemingly confirming the news was Golightly’s (former?) co-star Stephen Lunsford, who was asked this question on his Tumblr blog: “you wouldn’t happen to know anything about Gage not coming back for TW this season, would you? bc wow I’m sad.” To which Lunsford responded by writing, “I know she isn’t, but I thought that was old news.”
A commenter with the user name TheUnknownVoiceWithReason seemed to sum up male Teen Wolf fan perspective perfectly:
This is freakin crazy man! I’m losing all the characters I just got interested in. Every big speculation is totally blown now. Those speculations were “What’s going to happen to Boyd and Erica” and “What’s next for Jackson now that he’s a werewolf?” Both question are GONE as in GONE GONE. And she was sooooo hot! I mean we still have Lydia, but Erica was some hot stuff I’m just saying! SMH.
Meanwhile, the the cast and crew of Teen Wolf that are returning for Season 3 began shooting in December and shared this Teen Wolf Season 3 preview video:
“Welcome to Season 3 of Teen Wolf, first day of filming! Merry Christmas,” says Tyler Posey at the beginning of the clip. Joining Posey in the beginning are co-stars Dylan O’Brien and Tyler Hoechlin. Later we get to see Miss California 2007 Meagan Tandy as well as new Teen Wolf cast members Charlie Carver and Max Carver, who will be playing twin brothers Ethan and Aiden.

A Real, Live Beast Takes The 'Teen Wolf' Set By Storm
Posted

"No animals were harmed on the set" is a disclaimer you're used to seeing after animal-heavy movies and TV episodes air. But now that a live wolf is running rampant around "Teen Wolf" territory, let's hope the same applies to the humans! While the cast and crew are in the thick of filming Season 3, the hands behind the series' Tumblr page recently shared this jubilant photo of Tyler Posey (joined by the lovely Holland Roden) howling with a new furry friend. Beware the bite, guys!
"Why are Tyler and Holland playing with a REAL LIVE WOLF? You’ll have to wait and see…" the caption to the photo teases. Does this mean the "change" could involve a full man-to-animal shift when we return to Beacon Hills? Sounds sort of painful--and a little bit time-consuming. But hey: Anything's better than that damn Kanima.
+ Tell us what you think of the photo, follow the show's Tumblr page for exclusives from the set and keep up with Remote Control for more teasers from the upcoming season!

Teen Wolf Season Three: Advance Sneak Peeks and Spoilers

DEC 27TH 2012

Good news Teen Wolf fans – the pack is back and is busy filming Season Three and will premiere this summer. First off, this will be a much bigger season than either one or two with a whopping 24 episodes on order by MTV. If you’re like me and can’t get enough of the angry teen angst, wolves and hunters, you’ll be thrilled that Season Three brings more to love!
Second, Jackson will be written off the show ASAP. Colton Haynes has confirmed he’s done with the show, but since he’s a fan fave, his bestie Tyler Posey says they’re going to leave the door open in case he changes his mind and wants to come back to the show. If you remember, Lydia healed Jackson at the end of Season Two and he finally got his wish and went from Kanima to werewolf, but with blue rather than gold eyes. (Oh yeah, and remember the goo and the chrysalis and the body bag? Ick!)
Teen Wolf Executive producer Jeff Davis says, “Next season, during an important flashback episode, you’ll learn why some werewolves have blue eyes and others do not. And it has nothing to do with DNA or being a born werewolf.” Hmm…. Intriguing!
Season Three will not pick right back up where Season Two left us. Instead, it will take us four months into the future, skipping over summer break for the gang. Scott, Stiles, Allison, Lydia, Isaac and the others will be starting their junior year and I have a feeling SAT’s will be the least of their worries, even with the Kanima vanquished.
Davis says, “I think fans can definitely expect the same level of thrills and action and romance. You’re going to see a new kind of relationship with Scott and Allison, especially now that they’ve broken up. It’ll be interesting to play that dynamic of being scorned lovers who have to figure out if they can stay apart or if something brings them back together.”
The whole Gerard wanting to be bitten by Derek and using the Kanima to that end was one thing I won’t miss as we head into Season Three. I did enjoy watching the evil old geezer explode in a blood gush. Karma, anyone?
And loads of other new wolves are roaming the woods next season. The pack of alphas will be major players in Season Three. Ethan and Aidan are identical twin werewolves in the alpha pack – they are described as “dangerous charmers.” New girl Kali will be the first female alpha who will be “ruthless and sexy.”
If summer seems too long to wait to get more Teen Wolf action, click here to read the first page of the Season Three premiere episode script! And join us here at Celeb Teen Laundry for more spoilers as they’re revealed and up to date information as Season Three launches. Can’t wait!

'Teen Wolf' Season 3 spoilers: Charlie and Max Carver, Adelaide Kane and Felisha Terrell land key new roles
November 28, 2012

"Teen Wolf" producers conducted an extensive search to find the right actors to play identical twins Ethan and Aidan, a pair of alpha werewolves who are part of the mysterious pack closing in on Beacon Hills.

This week, "Teen Wolf" had its first table read for Season 3, so we can finally reveal that 24-year-old "Desperate Housewives" players Charlie and Max Carver have landed the key roles. "They're dangerous charmers. Ethan has a brilliant mind that he uses for devious calculation. Aidan is the simple brute force of the duo," says the casting call.

Felisha Terrell, best known as Ariana Hernandez on "Days of Our Lives," will also play one of the alphas who invades Beacon Hills. Kali is the first (living) female alpha we've seen on the show. She's described as "ruthless and sexy." The alphas have a plan to turn Scott and Derek against each other, which could tear Beacon Hills apart entirely.

Meanwhile, Australian actress Adelaide Kane is set to play Cora. As we previously revealed, she's a tough 17-year-old, who has been on her own longer than any kid should -- and she's got ties to the Beacon Hills werewolf line.

All the actors are recurring guest stars in the series' 24-episode third season, which is the first one to shoot in Los Angeles after a move from Atlanta. The castings were first reported by Deadline.

'Teen Wolf' Teaser: Dylan, Tyler And The Twins Are Looking Hot!
Posted

"Teen Wolf" fans are some of the most needy--in a good way, of course--in MTV history. Clues about characters and story lines are as crucial to you as H2O, and with Season 3 still months away from its premiere, you've been feeling thirstier than ever. Dylan O'Brien, Max Carver, Charlie Carver and Tyler Posey doing their best boy band impression.
Well, well, well. The newbies are looking pretty fit, aren't they? That's probably because Max and Charlie Carver have been hitting the gym hard with Hollywood trainer Tony Wisniewski (the same guy who trained Tyler Posey) to get in shape. You know, juuuust in case Ethan and Aiden run into any trouble in Beacon Hills (wink!).

THE 'TEEN WOLF' STEREK CAMPAIGN FIGHTS FOR HUMAN + ANIMAL RIGHTS
12/14/12

While many fan groups spend their time kissing life-size 1D posters or trying to figure out what Justin Bieber ate for lunch, the Sterek Campaign is bringing "Teen Wolf" fans together to fight for human and animal rights.
The campaign was originally born to make "Teen Wolf" creator Jeff Davis aware of the growing demand for a legitimate romance between Stiles and Derek -- two of the show’s lead male characters. But the campaign has slowly become a movement, and now -- in addition to breaking mainstream gender stereotypes -- they’ve partnered with Wolf Haven International to save actual wolves! They are hoping to adopt an ENTIRE PACK (43 wolves and 5 wolf dogs) -- the money raised in their campaign will go towards taking care of these wolves in a sanctuary. We recently spoke to Qhuinn, founder of the Sterek Campaign, as well as Kedreeva, second in command of the campaign, to learn more about their campaign and how you can get involved.
How cute are these wolves from Wolf Haven International? London is all up ons Kiawatha. (Erik Wilber)
ACT: Can you speak briefly on the Sterek campaign, and what an on-screen romance between Stiles and Derek would mean for mainstream TV?
The Sterek Campaign was created to show our love and support for "Teen Wolf," its creators, cast and crew. It was founded after Jeff Davis told a fan that if enough fans demanded a Stiles-Derek romance, he could be persuaded. There are a lot of fans waiting to see if Jeff will forge a new path for other producers to take -- one where gender doesn't prohibit the natural chemistry between characters from evolving into a romantic relationship.
MTV ACT: Some fan groups are all talk and Tumblr, but you guys are starting a movement! Why do you think your group is so active, and what sets you apart from others?

STEREK CAMPAIGN: It's not so much about starting a movement as it is a chance to channel and encourage the activities we enjoy. We create events to keep people invested in the show and in contact with the other fans. Any fan group can do this, but perhaps we have been so successful because we are motivated by our love for "Teen Wolf" and deep respect for the cast and crew that are involved in its creation.
ACT: Why is it so important to save the wolves?

STEREK CAMPAIGN: Wolves do not have their own voice in our society; they depend upon us to reach out for them to ask for help. There are many, many reasons why helping to protect and preserve wolves is important. The two most important reasons are because wolves are a long-standing keystone species in their natural ecosystems and because we, as humans, have caused their endangerment through habitat destruction and hunting. Wolves are often painted as the bad guys, but that's not true at all! As stated on Wolf Haven International's page, wolves "improve the overall health of their prey population by removing the disadvantaged individuals, thereby allowing the healthiest animals to create future generations."
Kiawatha hearts snow! (Wolf Haven International)
ACT: What inspired your partnership with Wolf Haven International, and how can others help out?
STEREK CAMPAIGN: We were first attracted to Wolf Haven International because of their work with species survival plans for both the Mexican grey wolf and the red wolf. We are really excited about the former, as Mexican grey wolves are the most endangered subspecies of wolves and one of the rarest mammals in the world. We were also very excited about the way that WHI educates the public about wolves. They have taken steps to help correct misinformation about wolves and helped many people to see them in a positive light.
ACT: What if someone can’t afford to donate to your campaign. What else can they do to help?
STEREK CAMPAIGN: Learning and spreading positive information about wolves is something everyone can do to help them! Tell a friend, tell a family member, tell a coworker! Get them excited about protecting these beautiful creatures because that is what the wolves need most -- our compassion.
When it comes to the "Teen Wolf" fan base, people can help without donating by offering their creations (fanart, fanfic, crafted items) to our charity auction. All winning bids will be donated to Wolf Haven International.
ACT: How do you think we can inspire more groups of fans or friends to do positive things together?
STEREK CAMPAIGN: It's all in how you speak to us! Fans are often very passionate already, and feeling as if they have someone on the other end ready to ignite that passion is an excellent spark. We think that if more casts and crews had the courage to interact with their fans like "Teen Wolf" does, they would see a similar positive return. We also think that fans and friends should encourage one another to think and act positively.
Follow the Action Links below to learn more about the Sterek campaign and how you can get involved! And special thanks to all the "Teen Wolf" fans behind the Sterek campaign: Qhuinn and Kedreeva as well as Michael, Nika, Sam, Kara, Suaine and Chasing.

Teen Wolf Season-Three Scoop: New Big Bads and Stiles' Love Life!
15 agosto 2012

Help, we've fallen and we can't get up. Fallen in love with Teen Wolf that is. (Oh so cheesy, but oh so true!)
Teen Wolf's stellar sophomore season came to a close Monday night (boo, hiss!), closing out 12 episodes of nonstop twists, turns and just plain ole teen drama goodness. A big bad was taken out (or was he?), four new big bads were introduced and relationships were altered.
We chatted with the MTV hit series' executive producer/professional life-ruiner (just kidding!)Jeff Davis about what fans can expect from season three and what's ahead for Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien), Allison (Crystal Reed) and the rest of the Beacon Hills gang...
Prepare for a Time Jump: Season three will start up four months after the finale, skipping the gang's summer break all together. "It gives you a little narrative breathing room and it allows us to come back to a character after they've had a chance to get over things," he says. "It is a way at starting back at square one. So, in order to tell a new story and I think it's fun to start them junior year.
"I have the opening to episode ‘301' already planned out and it's going to be for Scott and Stiles, it is going to be life back to normal again," he continues. "It is going to be about junior year and prepping for the SATs and getting ready for college. They will have to come back to being normal teenagers before the new mystery, before new bad guys start to brew again."
Jeff wouldn't reveal the overall theme of season three (man's gotta have his secrets!), but says, "I think fans can definitely expect the same level of thrills and action and romance. You're going to see a new kind of relationship with Scott and Allison, especially now that they've broken up. It'll be interesting to play that dynamic of being scorned lovers who have to figure out if they can stay apart or if something brings them back together."
An Abundance of Alphas: Jeff confirms that season three's big bad will be the Alpha pack that came into town in the finale's closing minutes. "They are a very dangerous threat. The Alpha pack is going to be very dangerous to everyone in Beacon Hills. They're coming for a very specific reason, which is a part of the mystery of the new season."
So how exactly does an Alpha pack operate?
"There is a kind of leader of the Alpha pack and he is a very bad man. But there is an Alpha female as well. These are all new characters that you'll meet. They're an all new cast," Jeff teases. "The reason why they're an alpha pack and how that makes them strong will be explained in the season. There is a specific reason why they're an Alpha pack."
One Alpha tidbit he would reveal? "Two of the members are twins, so it'll be fun to do that. We'll be casting for twins very soon."
As for this season's big bad Gerard (Michael Hogan), who disappeared at the end of the finale, David wouldn't say if he would be returning next season. "He's not dead," Jeff hints.
"Stydia" in Season Three: One bone we had to pick with Jeff? Stiles (aka currently our favorite character on TV) not landing the girl, Lydia (Holland Roden), at the end of the season.
"I think they have amazing chemistry together. I can see that happening. They're just so good together. One of the things I didn't expect actually in episode 11 was the looks they gave each other," he explains. "They were magic. In looking at her from the field and seeing the look of pride in her eyes. She's just great. They're really good together. I can see that pairing playing a bigger role in season three."
Whew! But wait, what about Jackson (Colton Haynes)? Davis reveals they actually filmed an alternative scene for the finale where he died, and when asked about his season three storyline says, "As for Jackson's fate, you'll just have to wait and see." Ruh-roh! And yes, his blue eyes as a wolf definitely mean something. "It's significant," Jeff hints. "There is definitely a reason for it."
Ch-ch-ch-changes: While season one was enjoyable, season two of the MTV hit series completely raised the bar, transforming from a guilty pleasure into must-see TV.
"I think we found our voice and we're not afraid to try things. Season one was very much finding our way and what the show was and with season two and the upcoming season three we know the structure of the show and I think we're comfortable with having fun, which is nice," Jeff explains of the change. "I mean the show has a lot of humor and crazy things on it. We made a snake come out of Colton Haynes' eye! Stuff that they don't do on other shows I was always aware of the possibility of a sophomore slump and I didn't want that to happen, so we went crazy with the story."
And we're glad he did.
