American Horror Story: Behind the Scenes

Today on the American Horror Story on FX Facebook page they released a behind the scenes video for their new horror television seriesAmerican Horror Story.  The behind the scenes video appears to have some footage from the show and includes commentary by Dante Diloreto Executive Producer, David Semel Director, Dennis O’Hare “Larry”, Morris Chestnut “Luke”, Kai Scmulz “Bryan”, and Bodmi Schulz “Troy”. 

After watching the clip, American Horror Storyappears to be an intense, edgy, different from anything else on TV and will be great fund to watch.  American Horror Story will play on sexuality and infidelity as explained by Eryn Krueger Mekash Head of the Make Up Department “it really is a genre that has not be taped into yet as far as the sexuality, the scariness, the incredible suspensefulness.” 
If you have not checked out the American Horror Story You’re Going To Die In There website you should.  It is a interactive website that lets you search the house for clues and information on each room of the Harmon’s house.

American Horror Story will premiere on October 5, 2011 and will run on Wednesdays at 10pm EST/PST.  American Horror Story follows the Harmon Family, husband Ben (Dylan McDermott), wife Vivian (Connie Britton) and daughter Violet (Taissa Farmiga) — as they move into an old Los Angeles home with a dark history.
